The fight for KPIs

The game simulates 12 month of a manufacturing company with 3 product families. Players act as employees of the company (production, finance, sales and planning) and have to agree on the production plan for each month.

First session exemplify contrasting incentives between different functions, with each player fighting to maximize his bonus which depend on a function related KPI (high volumes for production, low inventory for finance, high service level for sales).

The Elevantas Rstudio powered web application simulates real company dynamics and embed the 12 round real market demand. Players will do their best to optimize production plan (and therefore sales) while The APP will iterate at each round and generate all information needed for the 3 families:
